A recent example may be the slope behind upper Richmond Hill has been recently cleared (February 2023) and now (May 2023) a bunch of weeds are growing on the said slope. Homes on lower Richmond Hill now must look at this. Not a pretty look for the homes on lower Richmond Hill where one home is for sale. It seems that the slope will need to be cleared again and then planted. Why not wait until you are ready to plant before the slope is cleared. The Voice wonders if the slope was cleared behind 2 HOA master board members’ homes has anything to do with this?
