POOL – BATHROOMS
THIS JUST IN! The Voice just received information about the lack of LOVE at the Main pool, Mt Vernon pool and the bathrooms.
FAMILY POOL ON RIDGEWAY
Over the last few months, the water heater for the shower has not been working. We are told that it took several months to repair. The heater is a regular home water heater. Not hard to find. The spa has not been heated for over 2 months. Members would like to use it.
This just in. It is now heated but barely warmer than the pool.

Why no progress??
What is going on? Do board members use the pool. Do they have children? Both the men’s and women’s toilet are out of order at Ridgeway pool. Anybody at the HOA heard of the Broken Window Theory?
20 percent raise in dues and we get this!
